BUSINESS MANAGER - BIRMINGHAM (HYBRID) - UNTIL END OF MARCH (LIKELY TO EXTEND FURTHER) - £350 - £400 PER DAY

ARM is working with a well-known infrastructure client, and we are recruiting a Business Manager to join the team on a contract basis. The position would be based hybrid in the Birmingham area.

About You:

You will be an experienced manager and will have good experience of the following;

  • People engagement and stakeholder engagement (internally).
  • Report building and writing.
  • Financial forecasting and cost center management.
  • Some experience in HR practices and hiring processes within larger organisations.
  • Business planning.
  • MS Excel use to an intermediate level (formulas and data interrogation).

Ideally, you will have some experience using Power BI and P6, but this is not essential.

What you will be doing:

This position will support the business working within a technical infrastructure project sphere and will help the business run as it should be with operational financial, HR, and business planning reporting needs.

This full-time contract position is initially funded to the end of March but is extended well beyond this period, with approvals already in the process stage. The office is based in Central Birmingham, and you will need to attend 2 days a week, with 3 working from home.

What you can expect in return:

The rates for this position are between £350 and £400 per day (Umbrella) as this position is inside IR35.

We can only consider applications from those eligible to work in the UK and would need to be able to work on this basis for at least one year. As part of the compliance process, a DBS check will be undertaken also.
