Role Description:

Our client, one of the UK's leading commercial cleaning and support service providers, is looking for a Contract Cleaning Manager to join their Team, managing between 20 and 30 sites in and around the West Midlands area, varying from but not limited to retail, offices and residential. As Contract Cleaning Manager, you will manage contract budgets and daily client requests and communications, ensuring the consistent delivery of high standards and excellent customer service. The ideal Contract Cleaning Manager will have previous experience in a similar role with experience within the cleaning sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated Team with clientele that represent some of the biggest names in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day client requests and communications

  • Manage cleaning staff, including arranging cover

  • Carry out KPI's and audits using IAuditor software

  • Manage employee timesheets

  • Carry out site inductions of new cleaning staff including induction/health and safety training

  • Manage contract budgets

  • Manage stores and consumable orders for sites

  • Arrange subcontractor site visits to client premises

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the cleaning sector is essential

  • The ideal candidate will be a driven and self motivated individual as they will be lone working in the field

  • Clean driving licence

  • Attention to detail

  • Commercial awareness to upselling

  • Strong client engagement skills

  • Ability to problem solve
