Current vacancy for a Facilities Monitoring Officer for a healthcare provider in Birmingham.

The duties will include, site audits, site inspections and ensuring soft FM across a various buildings managed by the trust.

Responsible for managing and leading on PLACE Assessments

Responsible for the monitoring and conducting audits of all areas of Soft FM for the Trusts PFI contract.

Coordinate and participate in the conduct of audits of all aspects of the Soft FM services to ensure standards are accurately measured, rectification actions recorded, and where appropriate, deliver constructive feedback to Senior Management, Trust and PFI partners to support them in attaining the required national and/or regulatory standards. Contributes to cross site support to enable co-operation within and amongst teams.

Ideally you will have worked within a similar setting and have experience working within a large estates and facilities team.
