Operations Manager£70-80K + Car Allowance + BenefitsBirminghamFull-Time, PermanentWe are working with a leading Construction Contractor to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team, delivering residential refurbishment projects within the West Midlands.

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee a range of refurbishment projects, predominantly high rise, and retrofit schemes within residential dwellings to PAS and TrustMark standards, working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach is taken to planned works programmes, maximising efficiency, value for money and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an engaging, an experienced leader, who's strength lay within project delivery. With 5 direct reports and 20+ indirect reports, you will be the clients' main point of contact and ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget, to specification and to the highest possible quality.

You will be a natural leader, able to effectively manage and motivate a team, and will have strong communication skills as well as previous experience of a similar role. You will have experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management and be able to multi-task, prioritise and work to strict deadlines. A keen interest and passion for Health & Safety is also essential for this role.
