What the job will be doing

Managing repairs team
Managing compliance to deliver regulatory compliance for all properties
Providing excellent service to all tenants & stakeholders
Assist with development of the repairs & maintenance service for all properties ensuring an effective operational framework is in place to meet needs of tenants.
