Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Repairs Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in West Brom.
What the job will be doing
- Managing repairs team
- Managing compliance to deliver regulatory compliance for all properties
- Providing excellent service to all tenants & stakeholders
- Assist with development of the repairs & maintenance service for all properties ensuring an effective operational framework is in place to meet needs of tenants.
