Service Transition Manager - Telephony project
One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Service Transition Manager to support them with telephony roll out project. This is a fully remote role Inside IR35.
Location - 100% Remote
Duration - 6 month contract
Day Rate - 550 - 600 per day Inside IR35
Experience:
Essential:
- Extensive Service Transition Management experience
- Network or Telephony project experience
- ITIL v2 + certified
- Previous experience supporting multiple sites
Nice-to-have:
- Hosted/Cloud Telephony experience
- Service Design exposure
- Financial Services/Insurance or Regulated environment experience
