Paraplanner, Edgbaston

Hybrid - 2 days at home after probation

Up to £45,000, potentially higher

This Paraplanner role is best suited to a Level 4 Diploma qualified paraplanner, who wants to be part of a close-knit team. In addition to a good salary, the business will provide exam support all the way to Chartered, and over time are happy to develop you into a financial adviser.

The business

This business is a successful chartered firm that has a handful of advisers and an existing support team including an apprentice, administrator, paraplanner, compliance and management. Due to business success, they need a paraplanner, who would really benefit from being part of a close-knit team that cares about its people, providing things such as free lunches and on-site parking.

The role

You will be providing paraplanning support for the advisers within the firm, helping them with giving the best financial advice to their clients. This includes preparing client suitability and annual review reports, ensuring they adhere to both FCA and firm guidelines. You will research products, fund, and investments, undertake tax calculations and keep up to date with tax rule changes. In addition, you will support a newly experienced paraplanner.
