Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Engage with prospective clients and provide them with accurate information to address their needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our offerings and customer promotions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the call process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Ability to build rapport and handle customer objections effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
