We are currently working with a Multi Academy Trust who are looking for a HR / People Advisor to support two of their South Birmingham Schools.
Working as part of a wider HR Team, you will have day to day responsibility for HR within the schools. This could include recruitment and onboarding, ER case management, supporting with absence management and staff development.We are looking for someone with practical experience of working in HR.
