My client is a rapidly growing food production company looking to hire two Chef de Parties due to a successful business win.
The role involves preparing premium prepackaged meals, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
Candidates must have Chef experience at the Chef de Partie level, with backgrounds in hotel, restaurant, airside catering, or high-volume catering considered.
A good knowledge of health and safety regulations is essential, along with the ability to work efficiently within a team.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 per year, and candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience.

My Client is a rapidly growing food production comany, and due to a successful business win, they are looking to add two Chef de parties to their team.

You will be responsible for preparing premium prepackaged meals for a new client, consisting of high-quality meat, sauces from scratch, ensuring the meals are ready for packaging and delivery within the set time frame.

Ensuring all HAACP, COSHH and other food hygiene and health and safety standards and procedures are followed, in line with the industry and company policy.

The successful candidates will have :-

Chef experience at Chef de partie level - Hotel, restaurant, airside catering and high-volume catering background considered
Have agood knowledge and understand of H&S regulations
Ability to work efficiently within a team

Working hours are 5:30pm until 1:30am
