Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Assist the senior chefs in running a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Contribute to menu development and bring creative ideas to the kitchen.
- Manage stock levels, minimise waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding dining experiences.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for food.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
