Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality food production.
- Lead, train, and develop the kitchen team to maintain excellent culinary standards.
- Design and execute innovative and seasonal menus that delight customers.
- Maintain strict hygiene, health & safety, and food quality standards.
- Manage kitchen budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability.
- Work closely with suppliers to source top-quality ingredients.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior culinary role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent culinary skills with a passion for high-quality food.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of food safety, health & safety regulations, and kitchen best practices.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
- Creativity and innovation in menu planning and food presentation.
