Are you an experienced EA looking for your next step within corporate services? Would you like to work for an internationally-recognised technology company, providing support at C-Suite level? Then this could be the role for you! Based in Birmingham city centre, the successful applicant will be providing complex PA and project support to the CEO in this fast-paced, dynamic role.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Complex PA support to the CEO, including diary management and complex travel arrangements on both a national and international scale
  • Board meeting preparation, including preparing meeting packs and general meeting arrangements
  • Act as an ambassador to the brand; representing the CEO and communicating to stakeholders, partners and customers on their behalf
  • Correspondence management, including drafting letters and full inbox management

Prospective applicants must have previous experience supporting at C-Suite level within a professional services environment, including previous experience managing complex diaries and international travel arrangements.

Applicants must be flexible and adaptable, have excellent communication and organisational skills, and excel working in a fast-paced environment.
