Location - Birmingham, covering the north.
Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 + Bonus per Quarter on target (up to 3,000)

About them; This client is a leading distributor of HVACR products; they started off as a small business and have successfully grown into a 30-million group that is known within the industry for their quality of service. Although they are now a large group, they have not forgotten what got them there and still operate on a no red tape basis, anyone can have an impact in the business and they pride themselves that all voices are heard. They are in the process of some fantastic growth plans and have a key requirement for an Area Sales Manager to join the team.
This role will be covering the North, so a Birmingham location is ideal.

Contract Sales Manager - Refrigeration Duties and Responsibilities Include;

  • Area Sales Manager will be following up leads, generating new business and maximising opportunities with new and existing customers for contract sales in the Refrigeration market.
  • Area Sales Manager will directly report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for looking after existing accounts and bringing on new business
  • Area Sales Manager are tasked with generating sales of Refrigeration/HVAC Products
  • Area Sales Manager will be the 1st point of technical contact for customers promoting the best solution and package to meet the customers' needs from the complete company product portfolio.
  • Area Sales Manager will provide Support to existing accounts, development of excellent working relationships and meeting customer needs. Identification of & target new accounts


To be successful in the Contract Sales Manager - Refrigeration role you will need

  • Area Sales Manager will need to have excellent Sales experience with a good track record of hitting targets.
  • Area Sales Manager will ideally have worked in the HVAC / Refrigeration sector for a minimum of 3-5 years
  • Area Sales Manager will need experience with lead generation and winning new business
  • Area Sales Manager to be located Ideally Birmingham as they will be covering the North England, Overnight stays are occasionally required
  • Area Sales Manager with experience in refrigeration will be advantageous but not required
  • Area Sales Manager with existing contacts with HVAC Manufacturers also Advantageous
