A field sales role promoting a leading range of GRP building products into national and regional house builders. My client has framework agreements in place with the Top 10 national house builders, and a big part of the role is getting around the regional offices tracking and winning their new developments.

The Role - Area Sales Manager:

  • Promoting my clients industry leading range of prefabricated Canopy's, Dormer's, Chimney Stacks, Bay Windows and Door Surrounds.
  • Framework agreements are already in place with the Top 10 national house builders, and a big part of the role is getting around the regional offices tracking and winning each new development.
  • Roughly 70% of the role will be tracking these new developments from existing house builder accounts.
  • Whilst also prospecting and winning new regional house builders to add to your portfolio.
  • There are estimating, technical and customer service teams to support you.

The Successful Applicant - Area Sales Manager:

  • You will already have field sales experience from within the construction industry.
  • Applicants who have sold into house builders or developers will be readily received, but it is not essential.
  • You will be outgoing and confident, someone who naturally builds rapport, and gains trust and respect from their customers.
  • With first class communication and account development experience.
