Position:Â Area Sales Manager
Salary: £28-30k plus commission (OTE £100k plus)

Location:Â No office, fully remote. National
Working Shifts:Â Monday to Friday FT hours
Our client are a new tech start up who are looking to grow their business with immediate affect. Day-to-day of the role:
- Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities.
- Recruiting and training Sales Representative to join coordination and sales team.
- Conducting thorough market analysis to understand customer needs and competitor landscape.
- Developing, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies across various channels.
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve goals.
- Exceptional team handling skills.
- Creating detailed customer profiles to target marketing efforts effectively.
- Inspire and motivate sales teams, driving them to consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results daily, weekly, monthly.
- Monitor sales team, ensuring team meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks.
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with new and existing clients.
Candidate Specification:
- Basic knowledge with Web Development & Software Applications with Digital Marketing strategies and latest technology trends
- The ability and willingness to work after hours in the evenings or over weekends if requires.
- Strong leadership, organisational and team management skills.
- Ability to successfully pitch to the customer about the company, and services being offered.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the IT industry.
- Must have driving license and own car. For London based candidates, must be willing to travel on public transport (travel expenses will be arranged)
As the business is growing, the candidate must be willing to travel to London for client meetings.Â
