POST Recruitment are recruiting for a proven Business Development Manager, based in the West Midlands region to join our client, a leading player in the digital out-of-home advertising industry delivering innovative and impactful advertising solutions through a comprehensive network of digital screens.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling advertising space within their extensive OOH network. A proactive approach is essential as you will generate new business while managing and nurturing existing client relationships, all aimed at achieving sales targets.

When you're not on the road meeting clients you'll be working from their Birmingham offices, so must be within a commutable distance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee a diverse client portfolio, providing customised advertising solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the OOH market.
  • Present and highlight the advantages of our digital out-of-home advertising offerings to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Collaborate with creative and operations teams to execute successful advertising campaigns.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the advertising sector.
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and secure new business.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the latest advertising trends and technologies.

The role offers a basic salary between £30-40k dependant on relevant sector experience with car allowance and an extremely generous bonus scheme.
