Business Development Manager £40-45k Birmingham We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to build and maintain long-term relationships with new, existing, and lapsed accounts. This role focuses on developing a strong customer base, including both stockholders and end-users, while promoting a diverse range of products and services.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow a portfolio of customers, driving sales and maximising opportunities.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in line with the company’s growth strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Implement a structured sales process to enhance market presence and revenue.
  • Utilise various communication channels, including phone, email, face-to-face, and social media.
  • Work collaboratively within the sales team while managing accounts independently.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and product developments.

  • SAP knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
