Title: Field Sales - Business Development Manager Location: Midlands Salery: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE Term: Permanent SRG are working with a leading waste management and recycling company who have a long and very successful history of supporting the UK chemical industry. They are now looking for a field-based Business Development Manager to join the team. This is a hands-on and customer centric role where you will be identifying and securing new business, maintain and develop relationships with external stakeholders. Grow and manage your own region of clients while ensuring to hit Sales targets and KPI's. This role would be suitable for someone with a few years' experience in field sales and business development.Working Hours: 40 working hours per week, Monday to Friday, 25 days holiday + statutory bank holidays.Role/Description

  • Identifying and securing new business
  • Maintain and develop relationships with external stakeholders
  • Grow, manage and develop a sales strategy for your given region.
  • Attend conferences, events, and networking meetings
  • Create quotations and proposals in line with the company's standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and sales skills.

Requirements

  • RECENT experience in field sales and business development
  • RECENT Experience in the Waste Industry
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales and opportunity qualification (preferred)
  • Full Rhight to Work in the UK - There is no sponsorship availible
