Business Development Manager (Workwear) - Birmingham - £35k - £40k basic + commission, company car and excellent benefits

Our client is a leading supplier of Corporate Clothing, Workwear & Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the UK. Based in Birmingham, they have been providing PPE & workwear to UK businesses for over 30 years. Their customers include some of the best-known businesses across the UK and they constantly strive to exceed, rather than simply meet their expectations.

They are currently seeking an experienced Field Based Business Development Manager who will be responsible for the development of New Business Sales within the area. You will be an enthusiastic, proven and positive business professional who is able to achieve and exceed your sales target.

Duties include:

  • Identify, contact and follow up on new business opportunities
  • Delivery of professional sales presentations
  • Develop clear value propositions
  • Generate new business for our company’s products and services in line with agreed sales targets

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 2 years + B2B sales experience
  • Highly motivated
  • Proven record of sales over a sustained period
  • Enjoys a challenge
  • Ideally experience in the sales of PPE & Workwear industry
