The Role - Business Development Manager:
- A specification and contractor sales role, creating demand for a range of breathable A1 fire rated fibre cement building, cladding and sheathing boards
- Tracking and winning commercial and high-rise residential building envelope projects across the private and public sectors
- With education, healthcare, leisure and high-rise being key target markets
- Securing projects with architects, main contractors, high-rise developers, cladding and building envelope subcontractors
- You will also get to work alongside, share leads and track projects with colleagues in the facades team
- There could also be the opportunity for the successful applicant to build a small team around them in time
The Successful Applicant - Business Development Manager:
- A field sales professional with a proven track record within the construction industry
- Preferably you will have some sales experience from within the building envelop sector
- Although this is not essential and my client will happily recruit from other specification or contractor lead construction backgrounds
- You will also have first class communication and presentation skills, with a consultative and target led approach to field sales
