Job Title: Business Development Manager (2 years of sales experience required - in whatever capacity)

Salary: £35-40k basic + commission, taking your package up to £60k

Approaching their 7th year in business, our client has grown considerably since their inception into an authoritative voice within their industry. Catering to clients in the private and public sector, including local government and big pharma enterprises, they manufacture tailored work-stations, both mobile and stationary,
The business is now seeking a number of ambitious candidates to come in as Business Development Managers, operating predominantly in the field across Birmingham, to help map existing accounts and uncover new opportunities with prospects.

Role:
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their offering and the market they operate within in order to have valuable conversations with clients
- Engage in high activity relating to calls, emails and social selling, deploying your sales expertise
- Map out accounts and build plans to target specific accounts
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers at prospects and existing accounts
- Regularly report into your sales directors on pipeline and commits, and plans for growing accounts/targeting prospective clients
- As you grow and develop, advance into field sales, working with discipline on a more remote basis
Requirements:
- Ideally educated to degree level
- 2 years of sales experience is mandatory
- A full driving licence, or working towards one
- Organised and comfortable with CRM management, motivated by money and hitting targets
- A relationship builder, you'll be able to confidently communicate with senior decision makers and C-suite execs
