Are you a Business Development or similar with sales coaching experience, looking to take the next step in your career in a multinational, billion pound group that will allow you to directly impact the success of each individual franchise whilst boosting your earnings through uncapped commission?

In this role you will be aiding the success of each franchise through sales coaching and advising, with over 300 franchises in the UK with another 70 to open in the next year, this company can provide ongoing roots to progress upward in your career to even directorship level.

Your commission will be directly based off the success of each franchise you are responsible for. You will play a key role in monitoring the sales and profit, whilst providing ongoing training, support and advising, building relationships with franchisees and analysing KPI's.

This company are a global billion pound network providing a range of business services, including shipping, logistics, printing, and marketing solutions.

This role would suite a Business Development Manager or similar, with sales coaching experience looking to take their career to the next level in a role that will allow you to advise and coach others, boosting your earnings with plenty of generous benefits.

The Role

  • Analyzing KPI's and using them to target coaching
  • Building relationships with franchisees
  • Commission based of the success of each franchise
  • Remote with frequent travel
