eCommerce Manager - Website Development & Performance | FMCG / Manufacturing | Birmingham | 3 days in the office, 2 at home | c. £35,000

Job Role…

Manage the eCommerce performance of B2B websites across multiple countries, ensuring optimal digital experience. Work closely with the wider Digital team to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead website developments, integrations, and re-platforming projects, with BigCommerce as a key platform.
  • Oversee on-site content and online merchandising, ensuring accurate product and promotion messaging.
  • Act as a technical liaison, simplifying complex information for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage updates and training for the B2B catalogue ordering app.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, website development agencies, and partners to enhance digital performance.
  • Analyse data from tools like Google Analytics to inform improvements.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Strong expertise in BigCommerce and Shopify.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Experience with PIM & ERP systems (ideally SAP).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple digital projects efficiently.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Increased website usage and positive customer feedback.
  • Accurate and timely content publication.
  • Effective support for digital ordering.
  • Successful collaboration on Ecommerce projects.
