Internal Sales Executive - Birmingham - £22k - £23.5k + excellent benefits

Our client is a well-established organisation based in Birmingham, due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit an Internal Sales Executive.

Your role as the Internal Sales Executive will require you to closely interact with a selection of clients, by answering their questions and addressing their concerns in order to ensure exceptional customer service and account management is provided.

Main Duties:

  • Build strong and long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand and meet client requirements.
  • Ensure clients are always updated with accurate information in relation to mobilisations, back orders etc.
  • Proactively engage with clients to develop new business and identify areas of improvement.
  • Upsell our existing clients on new products and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure we are providing the best client experience.

Within this role, you will be required to develop a deep understanding of our clients’ requests and demands to ensure that you are professional and complete all your tasks in the relevant time frame. You will be provided with training, internally and externally, throughout your employment and as your department expands you will be required to provide additional support and mentoring as and when necessary.

All applicants should possess the following skills / experience:

  • Previous sales / account management experience is essential
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good team player as well as having ability to work off own initiative

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with one hour for lunch.
