- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and lead the digital marketing strategy across multiple business units, ensuring a customer-centric approach to all online activities. Focus on maximizing the impact of digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
- Website Management & SEO: Oversee the management of all company websites, working closely with content teams to ensure high-quality, relevant content is published. Lead the SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and improve the group’s online visibility.
- Content Creation & Collaboration: Partner with internal content generation teams to create compelling content that aligns with the companies’ brand identity and objectives. Ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user engagement across websites and social media platforms.
- Integration with CRM Systems: Manage the integration of marketing efforts with in-house systems, such as MS Dynamics CRM, to ensure efficient data management, lead nurturing, and alignment with commercial strategies.
- Social media & Email Marketing: Lead the planning and execution of social media campaigns and email marketing initiatives. Develop engaging content that resonates with targeted audiences and ensures compliance with GDPR regulations.
- Performance Monitoring: Use digital analytics tools to track the performance of campaigns, websites, and social media efforts. Provide detailed reports on KPIs and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee the marketing budget for digital campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Work with external subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to budget.
- Brand Compliance: Ensure all external communications, including social media and digital content, adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all touchpoints.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing, with a strong focus on digital platforms, SEO, website management, and CRM systems (preferably MS Dynamics).
- Skills: Expertise in CMS systems (such as Craft CMS), digital marketing trends, and platforms like Google Analytics, social media management, and email marketing tools.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and present marketing reports and strategy updates to senior management.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with content, product, and sales teams, as well as manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
