National Sales Manager - Online Solutions
Role Overview
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for the management and execution of sales strategies within our client's organisation. The role focuses on leading and overseeing internal sales teams for online furniture sales, and the individual will report to the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of internal sales teams across two contact centre locations.
- Ensure timely completion of sales targets and KPIs, meeting set quality standards.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to implement strategies that enhance customer experience.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to sales professionals, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programmes and process improvements.
- Support the resolution of customer concerns or escalated issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within a contact centre environment.
- Significant experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong understanding of online sales strategies and market dynamics.
Additional Information
This role may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate business needs. The position is based at our client's contact centre locations, with potential for hybrid working arrangements. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
