The Role
As a New Business Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, qualifying enquiries and securing workspace deals. Key responsibilities include:
Proactively contacting businesses to understand workspace requirements and generate new leads
Introducing services, qualifying client needs, and identifying suitable workspace options
Gaining client commitment to view spaces and coordinating with Progress Managers for bookings
Providing post-viewing support, shortlisting options, and negotiating terms with providers
Meeting and exceeding KPIs for viewings, deals, and revenue targets
Requirements
Commercial awareness with strong relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and a consultative approach to sales
Ability to manage and prioritize workload independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Experience in B2B sales or a sales-focused role (Flex Space industry experience desirable)
Minimum Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
