The Role

As a New Business Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, qualifying enquiries and securing workspace deals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively contacting businesses to understand workspace requirements and generate new leads

  • Introducing services, qualifying client needs, and identifying suitable workspace options

  • Gaining client commitment to view spaces and coordinating with Progress Managers for bookings

  • Providing post-viewing support, shortlisting options, and negotiating terms with providers

  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs for viewings, deals, and revenue targets

Requirements

  • Commercial awareness with strong relationship-building skills

  • Excellent communication and a consultative approach to sales

  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

  • Experience in B2B sales or a sales-focused role (Flex Space industry experience desirable)

  • Minimum Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent)
