We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager (Commercial) to join a market leading organisation based in Birmingham

You will be responsible for the overall day to day management a variety of sites within the Birmingham area.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the supervision of colleagues, customer service, arranging maintenance or reporting requests to facilities management.
  • Ensuring sites are safe and compliant with company policies, processes and health & safety requirements.
  • Liaising with internal teams to devise and execute commercial activities and tactics to maximise revenue to improve P&L performance
  • Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue performance across multiple sites, including local advertising, marketing activities, digital deals, pricing optimisation, and value-added services.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and reporting back to the Commercial Area Manager on a regular basis.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships and facilitate communication within the team and across departments.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills to address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • The ability to multi-task and think on your feet to react to operational requirements quickly and effectively

Please note that this role will require you to work alternate weekends.
