Their marketing team plays a crucial role in achieving growth and customer retention leading to valuable interactions.

We are looking for a technically skilled and creative Performance Marketing Manager to join their team and help optimise marketing efforts!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and measure performance-based marketing strategies and campaigns, tailoring them to different target audiences and optimising based on performance data.
  • Create and manage paid digital advertising and retargeting campaigns across a range of platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, aiming to drive down CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and maximise ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Analyse campaign performance against KPIs, using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to improve campaign performance, employing tactics such as A/B testing, UX enhancements, UTM tracking, personalisation, retargeting, heatmaps, and Hotjar recordings.
  • Develop and implement technical and content-driven SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Work cross-functionally to create multimedia marketing materials, including success stories, advertorials, website content, video content briefs, and product launch campaigns.
  • Liaise with sales, success, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and gather market feedback.
  • Manage an external digital marketing agency in the technical implementation and refinement of Google Tag Manager, GA4, marketing pixels, and other tracking tags.
  • Contribute to the development and management of marketing attribution models using Salesforce and Pardot to understand the impact of different campaigns on lead generation.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, recommending improvements as technology evolves.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with expertise in paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and SEO strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics, A/B testing, and other performance optimisation tools.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing technologies, including Google Tag Manager, GA4, and marketing pixels.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external agencies effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Pardot for marketing attribution is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
