Your role will include nurturing client relationships, promoting our cutting-edge products, and managing sales opportunities from design through to delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements.
- Analyse client specifications and identify key requirements.
- Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Efficiently manage your schedule to maximise client interactions and development opportunities.
- Oversee opportunities from design and tender stages to successful delivery.
- Actively promote our offerings and develop tailored proposals for clients.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and deliver exceptional after-sales support.
- Represent our company at industry events and networking functions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Essential: Experience within the electrical industry.
- Desirable: Degree in Engineering, proven business development experience, qualifications related to the lighting industry, and experience in specification sales.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Full, clean driving license.
