We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the Midlands.About the Role:As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence. Your role will include nurturing client relationships, promoting our cutting-edge products, and managing sales opportunities from design through to delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements.
  • Analyse client specifications and identify key requirements.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Efficiently manage your schedule to maximise client interactions and development opportunities.
  • Oversee opportunities from design and tender stages to successful delivery.
  • Actively promote our offerings and develop tailored proposals for clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and deliver exceptional after-sales support.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Essential: Experience within the electrical industry.
  • Desirable: Degree in Engineering, proven business development experience, qualifications related to the lighting industry, and experience in specification sales.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full, clean driving license.
