Regional Sales Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements
- Extensive sales experience is required
- Development of high-level sales and account management skills within the Company.
- Evaluate and gain understanding of the marketplace and customers’ businesses and requirements.
- Demonstrate and maintain the highest possible levels of customer care
- A consistent focus on developing key accounts
- Strong commercial acumen, strong analytical skills and excellent IT skills
- Development and motivation of External Sales teams
- Management of specified key and local accounts in the region
- Liaising with the MD enabling joint ownership around strategy and customers
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude are a must
