Regional Sales Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Extensive sales experience is required
  • Development of high-level sales and account management skills within the Company.
  • Evaluate and gain understanding of the marketplace and customers’ businesses and requirements.
  • Demonstrate and maintain the highest possible levels of customer care
  • A consistent focus on developing key accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen, strong analytical skills and excellent IT skills
  • Development and motivation of External Sales teams
  • Management of specified key and local accounts in the region
  • Liaising with the MD enabling joint ownership around strategy and customers
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude are a must
