We're recruiting for a global leader in CNC technology, and we're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the UK & Ireland. You'll be responsible for new business acquisition, account management, and strategic market development.

What you'll do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability

The Person we're looking for:
- Proven sales experience in high-tech capital equipment (ideally CNC)
- Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- UK-based with excellent access to the road network
- Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland
