Metalis are working with an established manufacturer based in Tysley who due to expansion are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join the team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing effective leadership for both the marketing and sales team
- Responsible for the revenue and costs within the Sales & Marketing areas - this role has overall accountability for achieving the GP margin target
- Increasing team performance and output ensuring all targeting marketing activity proactively secures new customer sales, achieving monthly revenue targets and KPI's
- Understand and report daily, any risks and/or threats to the current or future months turnover
- Responsible for keeping department costs to a minimum
- Overall responsibility for ensuring accurate, effective, and timely quotes are produced
- Identify future revenue generating ideas
- Meet with potential Customers to establish their needs and build relationships
- Actively participate in Management meetings
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience as Sales & Marketing Manager - minimum 2 years
- Experience of working within agreed targets, KPI's, and deadlines
- Will be a confident negotiator
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
- Ability to collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
You will be joining a company that is on an exciting growth path at present, we are therefore looking for a highly driven, passionate and experienced Manager with previous Sales & Marketing experience who can help push their team forward and contribute towards the companies' overall end goal.
Shifts & Salary:
- 50,000
- Tysley, Birmingham
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
