THE COMPANYAn established and growing organisation is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing. This role will focus on personalised, data-driven campaigns, working across email, push notifications, and automation.
THE ROLEAs Senior CRM Manager, you will take ownership of the CRM strategy and lead customer engagement efforts through targeted communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
- Manage email, push notifications, and in-app messaging campaigns.
- Leverage data insights for better segmentation and automation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Digital teams to align CRM with business goals.
- Implement journey automation, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
- Work with compliance teams to ensure regulatory standards are met.
- Manage one direct report, with plans for additional team growth.
- Proven experience in a CRM role, ideally at Senior Manager level.
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar ESPs.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis.
- Stakeholder management experience and ability to influence key decisions.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in regulated industries.
- £50,000 - £55,000 base salary.
- Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the Birmingham office.
