THE COMPANY
A global leader in the transport sector is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to spearhead customer journey projects and loyalty initiatives. If you're ready to take charge of the CRM system and make an impact, this role is for you!
THE ROLE
As Senior CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading loyalty campaigns and driving customer engagement and retention. You'll oversee CRM activities aimed at generating revenue while collaborating closely with teams across the business, including commercial, marketing, and customer experience departments. Additionally, you will manage a small team to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with AB testing
- Experience with ESP's is essential (Salesforce preferable)
- Previous experience with line management
