Senior National Account Manager - 12 Month FTC

Location: West Midlands, Birmingham, United Kingdom

Job Type: 12 Month FTC Contract, Full-Time

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

We are working with a vibrant and successful nutrition and lifestyle brand within the FMCG industry that is looking for a Senior Account Manager on a 12 FTC.

This role is a hybrid role and will require you to be based in their Birmingham offices 3 days per week.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth within national accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to improve performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of account strategies
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
  • Demonstrated success in selling and negotiating with national retail accounts
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop effective business plans
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Deep understanding of the FMCG industry and retail landscape
  • Proficiency in business planning and financial analysis
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
