Senior National Account Manager - 12 Month FTC

Job Type:Â 12 Month FTCÂ Contract, Full-Time
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
We are working with a vibrant and successful nutrition and lifestyle brand within the FMCG industry that is looking for a Senior Account Manager on a 12 FTC.
This role is a hybrid role and will require you to be based in their Birmingham offices 3 days per week.
Job Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth within national accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to improve performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of account strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
- Demonstrated success in selling and negotiating with national retail accounts
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop effective business plans
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Deep understanding of the FMCG industry and retail landscape
- Proficiency in business planning and financial analysis
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
