The Role:
- Determine the condition of existing buildings looking for defects
- Advise on environmental, health and safety issues of buildings
- Deal with planning and building regulations applications
- Handle communications with external stakeholders such as contractors and clients
- Support across multiple teams to find forward action and enable safe work to take place
The Person:
- Hold or aspire to achieve MRICS status or proven industry experience
- Proven experience in project leadership with client interaction skills
- UK Driving Licence
