Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham team.

Senior Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Senior Building Surveyor Job Overview

  • Providing building maintenance advice.
  • Conducting building condition surveys.
  • Preparing specifications, schedules of work, and drawings for capital improvement projects.
  • Contract administration, including drafting and managing standard contract forms.
  • Overseeing works in line with the Party Wall Act.
  • Managing capital programme projects across multiple sites.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Senior Building Surveyor Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • BSc in Building Surveying (or equivalent).
  • Ideally MRICS qualified, not essential
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property and construction processes.
  • Experience within the education sector (preferred).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office packages.
