RM Recruit is pleased to partner with a fast-growing company in Coleshill to recruit a confident and articulate Finance & Customer Service Administrator. This full-time, temporary-to-permanent role offers an hourly rate of 14 - 17, depending on experience, with the potential for permanent placement. The position also offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, with three days in the office and two days working from home.

The ideal candidate will be available immediately or on short notice.

Duties include:

  • Assist in preparing month-end schedules and reports
  • Support the Financial Controller with HR and payroll tasks
  • Collate and code Barclaycard invoices for processing
  • Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliations and queries
  • Handle supplier queries
  • Provide business support for Health & Safety
  • Manage company vehicles, fuel cards, and insurance
  • Assist with general finance administrative tasks
  • Process orders using order management and pricing systems
  • Ensure end-to-end dealer support for orders related to vehicles, parts, garments, and accessories
  • Raise invoices and credits
  • Oversee shipments to ensure timely completion and proper invoicing
  • Resolve shipment, delivery, or invoicing issues
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and IS teams to resolve factoring issues and maintain the integrity of the Accounts Receivable Ledger
  • Utilise strong reconciliation and reporting skills to address customer statement and invoice queries
  • Provide credit control support, including commentary on aged debt
  • Manage credit control for in-house accounts

The ideal candidate will be AAT part-qualified or qualified by experience, with advanced Excel skills and strong verbal and written communication. Attention to detail, confidence, and excellent customer service are essential. The candidate should excel both independently and, in a team, effectively prioritising tasks and working proactively. A strong team ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple stakeholders and meeting deadlines, are crucial for success in this role.
