About the Project:

• Major infrastructure project valued in the region of £1bn. It involves heavy civils, delivered under a Tier 2 commercial contract

About the Role:

• Reporting into the Project Commercial Director, you will take up a key role on the contract with a team of Quantity Surveyors of varying levels reporting into you

About You:

• Extensive NEC contract experience on £100m + infrastructure projects in the UK
• Able to manage a team of commercial staff
• Able to handle contractual disputes
• Excellent client interfacing skills both up and down stream
• Structured career history, showing commercial successes in past contracts
