Following this ongoing growth and demand they are looking to bring in an additional Commercial Manager working on UK wide projects.In this role, you will be working on a range of projects across the UK and must be prepared to travel. You will be responsible for designing and implementing the commercial strategy for your project portfolio and tenders and will be required to collate, analyse and challenge cost/value reports and forecasts. Liaising with other Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors you will ensure that appropriate commercial cover is maintained.
