GPRS are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to connect businesses with emerging tech talent.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to play a key role in connecting businesses with emerging tech talent. In this position, you will focus on building and nurturing relationships with employers, leveraging funding options like the Adult Education Budget (AEB) to create opportunities that benefit both businesses and learners.

As part of a dedicated, learner-focused team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that training programs are aligned with industry needs and workforce demands.

This role offers a fantastic commission structure, company pension, on-site parking ,and working from home opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with businesses in need of skilled talent, proactively building strong relationships to support their hiring goals.
  • Cultivate a pipeline by managing and expanding a network of clients and candidates, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
  • Match candidates from training programs to the right employers, ensuring successful placements.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and business growth.
  • Partner with internal teams to gain insight into candidate capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to streamline recruitment efforts and maximize overall success.
  • Identify new business opportunities, pitch services, and secure contracts to drive growth and expand the employer network.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in training, recruitment, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven success in business development and performance-driven environments.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong ability to develop, manage, and grow employer pipelines.
  • Experience working with external partners to address industry skills gaps.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Self-driven and resilient, with a proactive mindset and a passion for achieving results.
