we are working wiht a leading training provider who are on thehunt for a health and social care apprenticeship tutor to join their team.

Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Health & Social Care Skills Coach / Assessor within the apprenticeship sector. There will be the need for travel across the South of England & Manchester (which makes Birmingham a great central location for the right candidate) with flexibility for remote work. The Skills Coach will be responsible for facilitating apprenticeships, providing coaching and training in health and social care skills, supporting learners in their professional development, and ensuring compliance with apprenticeship standards.

Qualifications:

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Demonstrable up-to-date occupational competence in Health & Social care (up to Level 5), and Community Health Worker (up to Level 3) standards
  • Experience in delivering training and coaching in health and social care
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and regulations
  • Occupational competence in Health & Social care (up to Level 5) & Customer Service L3
  • Relevant qualification in Health & Social Care or related field (D32/33/A1 Equivalent) L3 AET
