--Experience and responsibilities--

• To oversee and manage the Brickwork & Masonry part of the project
• Coordinate and schedule the workforce
• Monitor quality control and productivity
• Communicate with the main contractor and address any issues
• Prepare and submit daily reports
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge and extensive Bricklaying experience
• Good organisation and management skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• The ability to read detailed plans and drawings
• Attending site meetings
• SSSTS Qualified
• Ensuring workers sign in and out
