Are you a Principal Designer looking for a technical role where you will have the autonomy to be the go-to Health & Safety specialist on a range of dynamic Construction projects within a well-established company who work with a range of blue-chip clients nationwide and offer ongoing progression to senior roles?
This company are a well-established Construction company who work on varied projects across a range of industries for clients nationwide. Since their establishment in the 1990s they have experienced continual growth across the UK and are now diversifying into new areas, due to an ever increasing workload they are looking for a new Principal Designer to join their team.
This is an autonomous role where you will make a direct impact on health and safety processes for varied construction projects, primarily within the Logistics and Industrial sector. You will play a key role in the pre-construction phase as you plan, coordinate and manage in addition to ensuring compliance to CDM 2015 regulations, both in office and on site.
This position would suit a Principal Designer looking for a specialist role within a well-established Construction company offering autonomy to work on an exciting project workload and flexible working opportunities.
The Role:
* Work on diverse range of projects
* Play a key role in planning and management of pre-construction phase
* Liaise with contractors, clients, designers and senior leadership team
* Ensure compliance to CDM 2015 regulations
* Office based with flexible working and travel to sites nationwide
The Person:
* Principal Designer
* Commutable to Birmingham
* Full Driving Licence- Happy to undertake regular travel
