Job Opportunity: Supervisor - 35,000 + Company Van

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supervisor to oversee repairs and maintenance projects for residential properties and voids. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with health and safety standards, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring operatives work efficiently and productively.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to meet contract KPIs and quality standards.
• Liaise with residents and clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee job compliance with health and safety regulations and job instructions.
• Organise operatives and assist with scheduling appointments.
• Complete necessary documentation, including method statements and risk assessments.
• Deliver toolbox talks and attend regular team meetings.
• Conduct pre-inspections, submitting reports within agreed time lines.

• Proven experience in the repairs and maintenance industry.
• Previous supervisory experience on maintenance sites.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full, clean driving license.

• Salary: 35,000 per annum.
• Van: Provided for work purposes.
