We are currently seeking an experienced and qualifiedScaffold Supervisorwith offshore scaffolding experience to work on heavy lifting vessels worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report functionally to the responsible engineer and oversee the competent inspection, reporting, and evaluation of in-service equipment.
- Ensure all activities are implemented safely and effectively, in accordance with company procedures and high service standards.
- Manage personnel in an international workforce, demonstrating strong leadership qualities.
- Understand and execute scaffolding work scopes as required.
- Maintain the highest Health & Safety standards.
- Conduct onsite Health & Safety audits periodically and ensure action plans are fulfilled.
- Conduct periodic Toolbox Talks, PPE, and equipment inspections related to Health & Safety.
- Ensure the completion of annual company H&S objectives in line with key industry accreditation and company policy.
- Maintain and obtain relevant Health & Safety qualifications by staying updated with regulations.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum Advanced CISRS Card.
- CISRS Advanced Inspection Card.
- Valid BOSIET or FOET Offshore Certification.
- Full UKOOA Medical, ENG1 Medical.
- MIST: Minimum Industry Standards Training.
- CA EBS/Bideltoid.
- Working and rescue at heights/Confined Spaces.
- At least 7 years of experience in the field, with demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Prepared to work a 5/5 rotation, which may be extended due to sailing times.
