Responsibilities:

路Delivering projects, commissions, and professional services.
路Maintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of the projects.
路Assist with the undertaking building surveys,聽attending meetings, writing up specifications, obtaining estimates and planning maintenance programs.
路Support the Building Surveying team on complex multi-disciplinary schemes
路Assisting the Building Surveyors with providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of property

Requirements:

路MRICS
路Consultancy experience
路Be commercially minded for winning work and business development
路Capable of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects

You will need to demonstrate the desire and drive to become a Chartered Building Surveyor with our support and guidance
